We offer an innovative community building program called The Welcome Table™.  It isn't "training."

We don't do "DEI" work (diversity, equity, and inclusion). We understand and have experienced the time and commitment necessary to make positive change. 

Instead, we invite you to take a journey, as an individual and as a member of an intentional community, to understand your own socialization process.  We accompany and guide you on this journey, understanding that all that you need to create the world you'd like for your children you already hold inside.  We just need to create the rights disarming and psychological safe circles that allow you own strengths and gifts to emerge.  Justice, after all, is the liberation of gifts.
